Payment Information Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
Contact Form: Email address and message content are transmitted securely via Resend.com to our company email.
We do not use analytics tools, tracking technologies, or sell personal information to third parties.

Our main site, database, and Keycloak instance are hosted on Akamai Cloud, with servers located in Toronto, Ontario. Remote access to any server configuration or administrative panels is exclusively conducted from within Ontario.
Some personal information may be processed or stored outside of Canada by third-party service providers, including Stripe (for payments) and Resend.com (for contact form delivery). As a result, personal information may be subject to the laws of other jurisdictions, including access by courts, law enforcement, or regulatory authorities in those jurisdictions. We take every precaution to ensure the security and integrity of your personal information.
